Data collected
The form collects your name, your email address, your phone number, the town where the work is and a description of the work. This information is used to reply to you and to draw up a quote.
Retention
Requests are kept while your project is being handled, then for no more than two years after the last contact. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Hosting
The site runs on a Scaleway server in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, behind the Cloudflare network. Your IP address is known to both providers for as long as it takes to serve the page.
Form and mail
Your request reaches us by email. The mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak, in Switzerland. No data is sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Audience measurement
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. The tool counts page views without setting a cookie and without creating a visitor identifier.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request comes from a person. This check may set a short-lived technical cookie, needed for the form to work.
Advertising
The Meta pixel only loads once you have agreed in the banner. It tells us which ads bring in requests. The “Cookies” link at the foot of the page reopens that choice at any time.
Your rights
The revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR give you a right of access, correction and deletion. Such requests go to [email protected].
